Attention
To ensure long-term operation of the swivel shackle it is not allowed to expose it to loads not in line with the rotation axis, and to disassemble and assemble it locally without further testing on special test rigs.
The swivel shackle is intended to connect the anchor chain to the anchor using the anchor shackle. It has a simpler and more reliable design than the standard swivel shackle, but also prevents the chain from twisting during anchor dropping and retrieving. It is manufactured from forgings by machining.
To ensure long-term operation of the swivel shackle it is not allowed to expose it to loads not in line with the rotation axis, and to disassemble and assemble it locally without further testing on special test rigs.
