The chain is used as part of chain slings. These chains have higher strength and lower weight than grade 8 chains.
Material
Special high-strength alloy steel.
Coating
NSW – non-painted, natural black.
IOL – preservation grease. The grease is intended to protect chains from corrosion during transportation and storage for up to 3 months.
Standard
Manufacturer’s standard. The chain is produced according to the manufacturer’s documentation designed with account of DIN EN 818-2-2017 with enhanced mechanical properties. Chain development accommodates requirements to loads and operating conditions specified at order.
Chain length L is specified at order. Standard chain lengths for ordering are 25 m, 50 m and 100 m.
Other lengths are subject to discussion case by case.
