Rigging shackles are intended to connect and secure chains, fibre and steel ropes. The shackles are used as securing hardware under static loads. Shackles type SB use a threaded bolt secured by a cotter pin and shackles type R use threaded connection for installation. The shackle type SA uses a threaded bolt secured by a cotter pin for installation.
