JSC Red Anchor Plant is tooled up with all the necessary equipment and monitoring aids enabling it to produce complete chain assemblies with twin outboard and central chains with maximum precision ensuring continuous and trouble-free operation of equipment.
Chains with flat links type R are always used in flight conveyors with twin outboard chain assemblies, therefore paired chain lengths should start and end with a flat link. Be sure to use connectors made by JSC Red Anchor Plant as connecting elements. Larger link contact area allows uniform load distribution across the entire contact surface thus significantly increasing element strength and reducing friction.
The chain assembly is intended to be used in face and gate conveyors of various lengths. This design features chain moving at the pan bottom. Chain traction element is manufactured and supplied as complete sections in the amount depending on the chain assembly length. We provide full guarantee service for the most critical and subjected to loads part of the equipment.
