Using our cutting edge equipment, we test standard samples and finished products for tensile, bending, sagging, impact bending, break strength and hardness.

AND WEIGHT MEASUREMENT
Geometry is measured by standard means and weight characteristics are obtained on the 0.01 g to 10T weighing scales with measurement accuracy from 0.001 g to 5 kg.

CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
ACCURACY
We use optical emission spectrometer for the chemical analysis of steels and copper alloys. For steels 22 elements are measured, including such rare elements as boron, cobalt, nitrogen, niobium, vanadium, tungsten and arsenic. For copper-based alloys 15 elements are measured.
MICROSTRUCTURE
ANALYSIS
This analysis is performed using New Eclipse MA100 inverted metallurgical microscope and Nikon SMZ745Т stereo microscope.
MICROHARDNESS
MEASUREMENT
PMT-3 microscope (microhardness tester) is used.
