The chain is used in electrical and hand-operated lifting gears. It is a versatile chain for manufacturing chain slings.
Two versions are available depending on the expected operation conditions: A1 – calibrated chain used as a traction element of hand-operated and electrical lifting gears; A2 – non-calibrated chain used for manufacturing of chain slings and safety appliances.
Chain length L is specified at order. Standard chain lengths for ordering are 25 m and 50 m.
Other lengths are subject to discussion case by case.
Material
Carbon steel without heat treatment.
Coating
NSW – non-painted, natural black.
Fe/Zn – ISO 2081 galvanized zinc coating. The coating is intended to protect bare metal from corrosion, aggressive media and to reduce wear.
IOL – preservation grease. The grease is intended to protect chains from corrosion during transportation and storage for up to 3 months.
Standard
The chain is produced following the manufacturer’s documentation based on DIN 766 with account of requirements to loads and operation conditions specified at order.
