The chain is used in heat exchange systems of rotary cement kilns within the gas stream temperature range up to +1150 °С

The following heat resistance categories are available depending on the planned chain location in the rotary kiln:
HR2 — perfect for the gas stream temperature range from +500 to +700 °С;
HR3 — perfect for the gas stream temperature range from +700 to +950 °С;
HR4 — perfect for the gas stream temperature range from +950 to +1150 °С.
Material
Alloy steel, heat-resistant steel. Steel grade for chain fabrication is selected by the manufacturer basing on the operating temperature range.
Coating
NSW – non-painted, natural black
Standard
The chain is produced following the manufacturer’s documentation developed with account of operation conditions specified at order.
