Connectors are made by forging from high-quality steel intended for manufacturing of heavy-duty mining chains. Precise geometry is ensured by forging tools manufactured by our plant at precision machining centres.
Connectors produced by our factory have a wide range of applications. They are designed to connect chains both horizontally and vertically, they function in chain assemblies and are also used in installation processes. State-of-the-art technologies guarantee reliability and durability of our connectors.

Special high-strength alloy steel
Coating
NSW – non-painted, natural black condition;
Fe/Zn – ISO 2081 galvanized zinc coating;
РРS – ISO 12944-5 paint coating;
IOL – ISO 12924 preservation grease.
Standard
The connector is produced according to the manufacturer’s documentation developed for any conveyor types and modifications with account of requirements to traction element design and operation conditions stated in the customer’s specifications.
