New generation of chains boasting high performance and strength characteristics. The chain is specially designed for conveyors operating 18×64 and 24×86 round link chains. The vertical link is fitted with a reduced stud preventing link seizure under no chain tension. Link type R proprietary design is protected by patent.
Hardness
Grade С: Strength characteristics of grade C chains are similar to those of DIN 22255 chains: hardness within 345–385 HB with a tensile strength of not less than 800 MPa.
Grade D: Strength characteristics of grade D chains are higher than those of DIN 22255 chains: hardness within 385–414 HB with a tensile strength of not less than 1000 MPa.
