HIGH-STRENGTH HUCK BOLTS ARE UNRIVALED CONNECTION ELEMENTS USED FOR MACHINERY AND MECHANISMS WORKING IN HIGH DYNAMIC LOAD AND VIBRATION CONDITIONS.

Huck bolts are designed to connect steel, titanium, aluminum, and composite parts. They are intended for use in constant vibration and dynamic loads environment. Huck bolts are made of high-strength steel with subsequent heat treatment to improve their strength properties.

Unlike classical bolted connection, Huck bolts are resistant to vibrations and maintain the strength of connection throughout the whole service life. The high quality of the connection makes it possible to successfully apply huck bolts as reliable fastening elements in aircraft and engine construction as well as for production of road and rail means of transport.

The main advantage of Huck bolts is the structure of fixation part featuring collar acting as a lock. HUCK bolt thread, in contrast with conventional spiral thread, has parallel fillets. This way, the lock collar can turn around the bolt center line without screwing off and loosening the connection.

The collar is made of plastic alloy to ensure good tightening of fillets on the bolt thread. The collar is pressed with a special device allowing to control the force and tightening momentum. If necessary, the fasteners are dismantled mechanically or by means of a torsional device.
Mounting/dismantling of a Huck bolt takes max. 3-4 minutes, while a similar operation with a bolted connection will take much more time.
